Quantum Energy Corporation Trading As:

Magnets

Quantum Energy specialized in permanent magnets and magnet assemblies. The vertical supply chain integration at Quantum provides customers with American made, American sourced permanent magnet solutions.

Quantum Energy is a team of engineers, scientists, and manufacturing experts with extensive knowledge in the blending, processing, manufacturing, CNC machining, and fabrication.

Quantum Energy rare earth magnets are strong permanent magnets made from a variety of blended alloys and rare earth elements. Rare earth elements began being developed in the use of magnets in the 1970s and 1980s. Rare earth magnets are the strongest type of permanent magnets made with multiple strength rating based on their blends and configurations. Rare earth magnets produce significantly stronger magnetic fields than other types, such as ferrite or alnico magnets. The magnetic fields typically produced by rare earth magnets can exceed 1.4 teslas, whereas ferrite or ceramic magnets typically exhibit fields of 0.5 to 1 tesla range.

Quantum Energy offers seven types of permanent magnets including rare earth magnets; neodymium magnets and samarium–cobalt magnets. Most rare-earth magnets are extremely brittle and also vulnerable to corrosion, so they are usually plated or coated to protect them from breaking, chipping, or crumbling into powder. Quantum designs and engineers all of our products to meet the standards of the client’s specifications.
